CREW & AID STATION GUIDE

Planning to support your runner at Pass2Pass Ultra-Trail? Here’s everything you need to know about aid station locations, accessibility, and crewing guidelines.

Approved Crewing Locations & Distances

Crewing is only allowed at the following aid stations for the listed distances:

  • Top Tip - Bainskloof Aid Station is pretty close to the finish line. If crewing is part of the plan at this Aid Station, take into consideration that by the time you (as crew) and the runner leave the aid station, the runner will probably cross the finish line before you are back at the race village. For P2P Hundred runners however, this will be a two stop Aid Station and crewing is recommended at the first stop.

Spectator Information

Spectators are welcome at all of the above locations.

Accessibility & Parking

  • All aid stations are accessible via normal vehicles—no 4x4 required.

  • Parking is extremely limited. Please carpool where possible.
