Pass2Pass Ultra-Trail will offer a full glamping experience. Tucked away just 200m from the race village, the Ultra-Tented Village by P2P is a peaceful, secure space designed for rest, recovery, and connection. Whether you're an elite chasing the podium or a first-time finisher chasing the sunrise, this is your home base for the weekend — no setup, no stress, just comfort in the mountains.

Each tent must include at least one registered Pass2Pass athlete.

Non-runners can stay only if accompanied by an athlete. 

Regrettably, no children allowed in the Canvas Dome Tents.

Children will be allowed in the AfriCamp Tents.

1. Luxury Canvas Dome Tent (3m x 3m) – Sleeps 2 (2 NIGHTS)

Simple, stylish, and comfortable — these canvas domes are perfect for those who want a restful, no-fuss stay. All tents are set within the ultra-tented village, creating a vibrant, communal atmosphere. This package is for two nights.

Perched just above the ultra-tented village and overlooking the full setup, these safari-style tents offer a more premium glamping experience while still being very much part of the action. They come fully equipped with everything from a hot tub to an indoor kitchen. This package is for two nights.

Parking is located ±200m from the camp village. A dedicated shuttle service will assist with transporting your bags to and from your tent upon arrival and departure.
