DROP BAG INFORMATION
For the P2P Hundred race category, a drop bag service will be available for use at Du Toitskloof Aid Station. Each P2P Hundred athlete will receive a complimentary P2P Drop Bag at registration with their name on it. Alternatively, athletes may use their own bag / bags as long as it does not exceed the size of the provided drop bag. A maximum of one drop bag per athlete is allowed. Your drop bag can include personal supplies such as gels, food, a change of socks, shoes, shorts, and lubricant.
Drop Bag Submission Deadlines:
Pre-Race Only: The only time to hand in your drop bag is on race morning between arrival and 03:45 AM.
Collection and Use:
Drop bags will be available Du Toitskloof Aid Station only.
Drop bags can be identified by name tags at each aid station
Only the runner can collect their drop bag at the aid station.
Once you are finished with your drop bag, it must be placed in the designated used drop bag pile, aid station captain or given to family member / friend.
Used Drop Bag Collection Times:
Drop bags will be available for collection at the Race Village Info Centre at the following times
20:00pm - 04:00am
Uncollected Bags:
Unclaimed drop bags will be shipped to runners at a R250 shipping fee (local shipping only), if payment is received within 7 days post event. Please email info@pass2passultra-trail.com for arrangements.
Important Notes:
Please avoid using glass bottles or jars in your drop bag.
This service is intended to assist you if you don't have a support crew, ensuring you have access to your personal supplies at a crucial point in the race.
Drop bags will only be transported to and from Du Toitskloof Aid Station.
