ABOUT P2P CHALLENGE
The P2P Challenge is one of the most loved races in the Pass2Pass Ultra-Trail line-up - and for good reason. This circular route takes you from Bain’s Kloof to the towering heights of Du Toitskloof and back again, cutting through the rugged heart of the Limietberg Nature Reserve.
It’s wild and varied from start to finish. You’ll face two major climbs as you wind your way across technical & non-technical single track, rocky jeep roads, and raw mountain trail. The terrain demands your attention - but rewards you with sweeping views, remote valleys, and real mountain solitude.
Roughly halfway, the Du Toitskloof Aid Station marks the only crewing point on the course. Use it well. You’ll need the reset before pushing back toward Bain’s Kloof.
And if conditions allow, a crystal-clear rock pool near the end offers the perfect place to rinse off the dust, cool the legs, and gather yourself for that final stretch.
This is mountain running at its most honest - bold, beautiful, and hard-earned.
